Human
If we had to use one word to describe our attitude, that would have to be it. By human we mean that we genuinely put people first because we all get the most out of it that way. You can see it in our open-plan building, lack of executive offices or ivory towers. You can hear it in the way we communicate; open and honest - not mind numbing industry jargon.
The benefit to you is that there's a rich vein of life experience and knowledge to draw upon as well as the more technical skills that equip us to do what we do.
On a basic level, we're just nice people to do business with. So we've been told.
It's partly because we enjoy what we do.
